We are available and committed to you.  As a client of the Jill Reid Group, you will have all the cell phone numbers of our group, so you can always be in touch with a team member.  This means we’re available after 5 PM, or on Sundays, or whenever you need to talk with us.  We feel strongly about an agent’s availability, and believe it’s a reflection of an agent’s overall professionalism and commitment to their clients.

We Listen To You

We’re constantly working to satisfy our clients needs on an individual basis.  If you’re looking for a new home, we will search the MLS for new listings a minimum of twice daily until we find the perfect home for you.  And if you’re selling your home, we contact every agent who shows it, to obtain valuable feedback from the agent and their buyer so you know what’s happening throughout the entire marketing process.

We don’t believe in “passive listing” by simply placing your home into the multiple listing service and waiting for other agents to show it.  We will discuss the best methods of marketing and selling your home for the most amount of money possible, and provide realistic and accurate timeframes for comparable homes in your neighborhood.
